Nah.

Those terms (first, second, third world) were used to denominate western capitalist countries, communist bloc countries and the rest of the world, respectively.

That definition doesn't apply anymore. There's no more such thing as first world, second world... that's post WWII stuff.

Today, we can talk about develop and underdeveloped countries.
