Why on a per game basis and not a per minute basis? ie. your solution is unworkable, and would result in more Isner-Mahut Nadal-Djokovic type of matches. No thanks.

I immediately thought of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome or Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome, but that's cos I've had a few very sporty friends die of it - never when they were playing or immediately...

Right, but DRUGS do. Sure, possibly not cocaine but because other drugs do improve performances there are organizations like WADA that exist which dictate the rules and to which the ITF has agreed to...

Shop lifting doesn't affect your sporting performance - there is no organized international body to prevent shop lifters from participating in sports. There is for drugs.
