the lower the tension, the longer the ball will stay on the strings, so yea you "feel" it more, also, it allows the strings to grip the ball more, so you can get better spin.

Me as well. as a college level player i should deffinitly be able to pull them off. it's not that i can't hit a lob, i very well can, it's just that i'm not comfortable doing it, so during match play...

I have a friend who i've seen completely tear people apart mentally. he thrives on it. he's also a really good player, he does all the stupid trick shots, tweeners, behind the back, sky lobs....
