Thumbs down Re: Who has the best return?

Too bad Agassi isn't in this poll, because his return used to be far better than any of these players'.

They'll play on clay, that's definitely good news. Llodra's the best man for the job

Re: Pierre-Hugues Herbert

He beat Sandro Ehrat (N.774) in straight sets 7/5 7/5. His next opponent is Rudy Coco (N.429) whom he already defeated last week in his last Future.
Here's the link for P2H's performances :...

Re: Forget must be fired !

Lol.... Typical french behavior... Just a week ago, Guy Forget was still hailed as a national hero because he beat both Spain and Argentina, and now people want to get rid of him after his defeat...

Arrow Re: WTF Final: Federer def. Nadal 6-3 3-6 6-1

1. Agassi didn't expend energy dominating the tennis world in his mid-20s.
Of course, he was too busy going out and getting laid at the time.

2. Agassi played better in 1995 than at any point...

Arrow Re: WTF Final: Federer def. Nadal 6-3 3-6 6-1

Given that Agassi played the best tennis of his career when he reached the age of 29 in 1999, I assume it's not that bad.

Re: Monfils not best athlete.

That's funny because Monfils beat all of these players, except for Nadal.

Cool Re: Forgotten players that made the top 100

I remember that Japanese dude. He almost beat the world n°2 Alex Corretja as a qualifier in the AO first round back in 1999 (a great tennis year).

Re: Forgotten players that made the top 100

Sargis Sargsian or Marcelo Filippini anyone?
The latter reached Roland Garros' QF in 1999.

Re: Paris SF: Are you kidding me! Monfils d. Federer 7-6(7), 6-7(1), 7-6(4)

Why so much disdain for Monfils? Well I guess a couple of people are gonna hang themselves tonight when Gael will beat the crap out of Robin the joke ;)

Re: Houston Final: Granollers 6-4,1-6,7-5 over Blake

Well... What should we say about Paul-Henri Mathieu then :)
You're going too hard with James. After all he's well known for not being good on clay, the guy doesn't spin at all ! Reaching the final...

Re: Tsonga destroys (2)Nadal 6-2 6-3 6-2 to reach his 1st Grand Slam Final

I didn't recognize Rafa today, he was just thoroughly overwhelmed. He perhaps won two or three passing shots, that's to say nothing.

Re: Can Tsonga put an end to the 25 year malediction of French tennis??

Tsonga obviously played a great match today, Nadal was totally knocked out by the French's strenght.
However, maybe Nadal has a type of game that doesn't cause a lot of trouble to Jo-Wilfried. Who...

Re: Clay Court Season 2007

Gael has a real chance versus Nalbandian who doesn't play his best tennis for several weeks.
I'm sure he can do it !
Allez La Monf, on est de tout coeur avec toi ! :D

Arrow Re: <roland Garros 2007>

Yes, Baghdatis was simply too strong for him (I also like Marco, so it's not that bad).
But Seb didn't play his best tennis... I hope he'll quickly recover his whole talent.
Maybe for Wimbledon ?...

Re: Gaudio vs. Hewitt?

I'd bet on Hewitt, he's in a really good form these last days.
However, you never know with Gaston... He's capable to beat almost anyone on clay if his tennis and his mental both work.
A little...

Indeed, Roger has the best technique ever, a technique that all the tennis clubs over the planet try to teach.
However he's certainly not flawless, because he's human ;)
After all, he's lost versus...

Re: <roland Garros 2007>

I hope so.
But he recently declared that he had a slight thigh's injury, because of the hard training he did for these last days.
Fortunately he said that was nothing serious, and he'll be there...
