Re: What can Federer do to get back his FH?

He is 34, not 14, so the answer is nothing.

Re: MC QF [5] Nadal defeats [4] Wawrinka 6-1 6-4

Yes the technically limited hard courter should have won that match against the clay courter. On a clay court. Genius

This thread is a joke.

Re: Monte Carlo R3: (2)Andy Murray def. (16)Benoit Paire 2-6 7-5 7-5

Paire it is a too primitive tennis player to deserve to take down a smart player like Murray.

Re: Monte Carlo R2: Granollers - Zverev 6-4 4-6 6-3

Maybe controlled aggression is better suited than ball bashing, hard to say because he doesn't seem to have much more than hitting cross court groundstrokes endless

Re: Monte Carlo R2: Granollers - Zverev 6-4 4-6 6-3

If you think so, then must be true, right 2015 german fanboy ?

No he doesn't. That's why he couldn't hit through Granollers. His forehand is average pace only 90% of the time. His backhand is...

Re: Monte Carlo R2: Granollers - Zverev 6-4 4-6 6-3

Smart clay-courter defeats hard-court ballbasher on clay. Yes, awful for the game

And to the genius who thinks Zverev has huge speed on his groundstrokes or can improve his forehand...

Re: Golf 2013 - Waiting for Augusta

After him did four consecutive birdies I thought it was over and went take a shower. When I returned he was already two behind Willett.
Missed all the fun part.

Re: Miami QF: Nishikori def. Monfils 4-6 6-3 7-6(3) [Saved 5 MP]

Very fun match. Average level from a technical pov, with a decent third and a bad first set. Nishikori second serve and Monfils backhand were exposed once more.

Gasquet and Berdych was better from...

Re: Miami R4: (7)Tomas Berdych def. (10)Richard Gasquet 6-4 3-6 7-5

Berdych is a dinosaur. And moves like one. So Gasquet can explore it moving him around court, not leaving many chances to him hit a forehand while standing still. By the same reason he doesn't return...

Re: Cannot wait for Djokovic to win this year's FO so realism finally hits in amongst

Djokovic, Nadal, Federer and Nadal in a single post? Troll post.

So, I won't read it. Make a single paragrapher resume if you wish that I read it or change the subject.

Re: Miami R3: [18] Simon def. [11] Cilic 6-3, 6-7(4), 6-3

Quite simple. USOpen courts are perfect to his game, while Miami are fairly bad. Obviously

Re: 'Big players with big serves and big weapons are taking over the game' -Leander P

Then he WAS stagnating and may or may not continue on that position.

If that is the point you made, then fine.

Not sure if I agree about these guys not having a big weapon. It would...

Re: 'Big players with big serves and big weapons are taking over the game' -Leander P

1)Who says Goffin is stagnating?
2) Thiem is a young clay courter that will play a good piece of his career with minimal competition on his favorite surface. So he will obviously improve. He is a...

Re: Miami R1: J. Martin Del Potro d. Guido Pella 6-0 7-6(4)

IMO Del Potro is done and that match only confirmed it.

Re: Indian Wells SF: (1) Novak Djokovic def. (4) Rafael Nadal 7-6 (5) 6-2

Or maybe it's just you that don't have the capability to recognize a outstanding tennis match. Who knows?

Re: Indian Wells R2: [6] T. Berdych def. J.M.Del Potro 7-6(4) 6-2

Irrelevant. Berdych has better flat serve and possibly slice serve. And that is why he hits more aces than Del Potro.
Only way Del Potro might have a better serve is if he hits more unreturnable...

Re: Indian Wells R2: [6] T. Berdych def. J.M.Del Potro 7-6(4) 6-2

Had to be a 2015......

Berdych has a better serve, a infinitely better forehand from a skill pov and probably about the same in efficiency terms.

Re: Best Playing Style on Clay?

Nadal style is the best for someone with his physical build. There are many others that could have a similar game, but also many others that can't even think in playing with his style. Like Berdych.
