Re: Grigor "Grisho" Dimitrov

But Grigor's serve stats in the last match against Bozoljac was atrocious. It wasn't like he was serving well just like in Orleans... If Grigor plays to his potential (i.e. no 12 double faults,...

Re: Grigor "Grisho" Dimitrov

I don't know... I saw AHM's match against Muster, and while he was playing good, I still think Grigor has the better game overall. Besides, if you'd look at the score lines of AHM's wins in Vienna,...

Re: Grigor "Grisho" Dimitrov

Yep, you're talking about rankings to determine who gets direct entry to the main draw (i.e. the entry list), Loko_Lindo. The rankings taken to determine the seeding in the tournament is different....

Re: Grigor "Grisho" Dimitrov

Grigor needs just about 60 points to make the top 100. A final and a QFs appearance in the next 2 challengers should do the trick. The field in both Aachen and Eckenthal is a bit weaker than in...

Re: Grigor "Grisho" Dimitrov

I had the same reaction, lol... I was watching on live streaming where it looked like the French fans were right beside the camera.

Re: Grigor "Grisho" Dimitrov

Great win! He served so well (except for that 1 double fault on break point) and his ground and net game definitely matched up well to an experienced, serve-and-volleying world #32!

Mahut is a...

Re: Week 42: Orleans, France [Entry List]

Wait... You're saying he cant compete on the ATP, and then Vanek and Bogdanovic are the names you pull out for comparison? LOL

Re: Hopman Cup XXIII -- January 2011

I love this event! (there are 6 Grand Slam singles champs on the list actually) It would be great if Justine and Serena would both play the event.

I was hoping to see the British team again. I...

Re: Ricardas Berankis

Hmmm, not too sure about Berankis being on a different level exactly... Dimitrov has beaten Berdych, took a set off Rafa and Simon (when he was still ranked in the top 10) last year and has shown...

Re: Grigor "Grisha" Dimitrov

Awesome! That's a comfortable scoreline too. He'll be facing Alexandre Kudryatsev in the final after winning 7-6 in the third over Gremelmayr. Come on Grigor, get back-to-back-to-back challengers! :D

Re: Asia/Oceania Zone Group I 2nd R Play-offs: Philippines at Korea, Rep. (9/17-19/10

Wow! I didn't think it would actually happen but they came back from 0-2! We got lucky in the 4th rubber, but Huey winning in straight sets to seal the deal is just great!

Caio_Brasil, I was...

Ooof, I wasn't expecting our team to win this tie but seeing the close scorelines is making me feel bad.

Re: Grigor "Grisha" Dimitrov

That's a great win for Grigor! Good to see that he didn't wilt in the 3rd set even though he was down 0-3 to a much higher-ranked opponent. Good job!

Re: Grigor "Grisha" Dimitrov

I've been following Grigor's career for a while now, since I'm preparing myself for when Federer eventually retires in the next few years (lol) and I do think Grigor will be the next great player. I...

Re: Get your flags, banners and pom poms ready!!! (The Cheering Thread)

great result from him! next match will be against Fernando Gonzales, a same type of player as Berdych, so he's got a chance... But Gonzo will be tougher since he's a bit more consistent, in his shots...

Re: Asian Wildcard to the Australian Open 2010?

In previous years, the male and female winner of the Asian Tennis Championships were given wildcards to the Aussie Open. It's a tournament that's usually held every Nov/Dec, but I couldn't find any...

Re: 2009 Fall Hardcourt Thread

Gilles is playing really well, looks like he added more firepower on his shots, especially on his serve!

Just one more game for him. :D

Re: should agassi retire after the final?

he'll definitely still go on to play the us open... he's still a big threat on hardcourts... he should retire only when he wants to retire...
