Re: USO 3R: Ferrero def. Simon 1-6 6-4 7-6(5) 1-0 RET

Simon's knee looks bad, he can't move much afterward, the score was still dead even when he got hurt. Tough luck for him. Great luck for Wayne.

Re: 2009 Updated ATP Rankings Thread

Re: How is Nalbandian World #14 right now?

Re: Did Gaudio deserve the title?

I am not sure if I can understand this.
Gaudio played the first 2 sets poorly, missing a lot and didn't serve well. He admited he was too nervous and couldn't play his game, he froze. But he fought...

Re: Re: Re: Re: Now I'm curious: Why is Roddick so unpopular here?

Exactly. If he thinks that's appropriate, his judgement is not any less valid to himself than mine. We just simply, different. Perhaps I've made it more serious than it's meant to be. But it's not...

Re: Re: Now I'm curious: Why is Roddick so unpopular here?

I didn't say he is a bad representative of this country, however, since he's been compare to the term "Ugly American", I assume that it is how he is perceived. I am not the one who refer him to ugly...

To answer your question without being accused of passing judgement, let me stated that this is only my opinion on the matter and you don't have to agree.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Now I'm curious: Why is Roddick so unpopular here?

Exactly, hence I said this in my last post:

Of course, if Andy thinks he is a good representative of American and don't see the point to change, I don't have a problem, we can just continue to...

Didn't see your post when I posted my response. So you do get it. Good for you. I won't stereotype you as a typical Andy fans.

Hence, I said his game is undoubtedly effective, but it's not pretty to watch.

Re: Re: Now I'm curious: Why is Roddick so unpopular here?

There is no wrong of merely being himself, and I don't think I said he behave different from your next door neighbor. Regardless, he is still behaving exactly how others think is brash, loud and...

Re: Re: Now I'm curious: Why is Roddick so unpopular here?

Mostly don't like his game. He hits ace mainly by his power, I like player who aces by placement because more technique is involved. He has a very ugly abrupt serving motion which create power, not...

Re: Monday Scores

Interesting results today.

We thought Nalbandian was doubtful to play but he breezed by Ferrero, and Federer was supposed to be low in confident and he just beat Agassi the first time ever. So...

Re: Schedules - Mon. and Tues.

What's funny about this year's TMC coverage is, last year in Shanghai, Drysdale said this year will be better because it is in Houston and the coverage time would be better. So is it ironic that when...
