Re: What would the ATP be like without Federer?

This is a very important point.

Many physically demanding sports nowadays, American Football, Athletics, Rugby etc. are more about building muscle and concern towards physical fitness rather than...

Re: Miami R2: Dolgopolov def. Robredo 67(1) 63 75

Brilliant result! This was a great match. Delighted for the dog. Shotmaking wins versus another wall game. Good for the sport.

Re: Miami R2 - [11] Jo-Wilfried Tsonga def. Tim Smyczek 6-4 3-6 6-3

Tim played well. Great for the game to see Stronga back to some form. I really hope he can keep it up.

Re: How far will Del Potro's forehand take him in 2015? Current Rank (616)

Top 20 if he stays fit, and match fit to work out the cobwebs.

Re: Xavier Malisse: Federer is fun to watch; Djokovic always plays the same way

xD Although early 2011 it was all about Rafa & Nole, until Rogers big win in the French. Who's to say Rafa can't replicate.

Re: Xavier Malisse: Federer is fun to watch; Djokovic always plays the same way

I think it's unfair to Nole. I enjoy watching Djokovic play. I'd say he couldn't care less if he heard this.

Still will be fun to see what the tards response will be to this. :/

Re: The myth that Djokovic is an "aggressive player"....

Yes! Forget the greats, forget the records, forget everything that happened in the Open Era, Djokovic from 2014 is all that matters! :brofist:

Re: The myth that Djokovic is an "aggressive player"....

Djokovic is a player with amazing defence with amazing depth in his shotmaking. He's not gung ho with his offence but he doesn't need to be. If a shot is on he goes for it, and I admire him for that....

Fantastic match. Pity it ended the way it did.

Re: Which Commentators/Tennis Analsyts have a player bias?

Outside of the top 4, Wawa is his favourite no doubt. He's said he finds his game the most enteraining to watch.

I don't understand the criticism of Wilander on these forums tbh. Love looking at...

Re: Which Commentators/Tennis Analsyts have a player bias?

I disagree about Wilander w/ Federer. For me he's always been unbiased towards all the top guys. If I had to choose a player with him it would lean slightly with Djokovic. He's always complementary...

Re: Indian Wells R2: R. Federer [2] def. D. Schwartzman 6-4 6-2

I don't think Federer played THAT bad. He was above average. Schwartzman was decent too. Good win however, and surely will have less cobwebs come the next round vs Seppi.

Re: WWW Indian Wells 3R BLOCKBUSTER? [2] Roger Federer vs [30] Andreas Seppi?

Federer to get his revenge. I always felt Seppi was an underrated player but Roger is playing better now than he was in AO. Him in 2.

Re: WWW ? Indian Wells R3: (3)Rafael Nadal Vs. Donald Young

I actually think there could be an upset in the making here. Still expect Nadal to get through though.

Re: MTF 2015 Most Disliked Active Players (First update - post #119 - Raonic leads)

1. Berdych - He's too robotic. Makes it look like his game style is forced and not fluid. Makes it far in slams then goes disappearing mentally against the tops guys apart from Federer. Can be pretty...

Re: Nadal to Carlos Bernardes: "I will ask for you to not umpire my matches anymore"

The rules are there for a reason. Timewasters have to either adhere to them like everyone else does or fuck off from the sport. Simples.

Re: Rafael Nadal: Tennis must protect clay surface

I agree with Nadal in terms of there needs to be less slow hard courts, but instead of more clay events, how about changing USO back to fast court and there to be a longer Grass season? I find the...

Re: WWW ? AO 2015 SF: (1) N. Djokovic Vs. (4) S. Wawrinka ! :D

Tennis wins. I would love for Stan to take this but Nole is so strong on this surface. The Serb in 5 sets.

Re: Australian Open [R1]: Monfils def. Pouille 6(3)-7 3-6 6-4 6-1 6-4

Monfils up'd the gears after 4-4 all in the 3rd. Pouille played well but couldn't do anything about the result in the end.

Re: Toughest Round 1 Match (For Seeds)

Don't think Almagro is beating Kei.

Bautista-Agut vs Theim or Gulbis vs Kokkinakis has room for an upset. Even Ferrer vs Belluci is risky.
