Re: Monte Carlo R3: (5) Nadal def. (12) Thiem 7-5 6-3

Still, it has to have contributed - physically/mentally.... can only imagine how much we would have heard about it if it were Nadal who had the cyst removed....

Re: Monte Carlo R3: (5) Nadal def. (12) Thiem 7-5 6-3

I don't think anyone has mentioned that Thiem had a cyst removed from between his toes on Monday. I would think this would have had some affect on him during the match - commentators mentioned it.

Re: Nadal's knee injury woes resurface before battle with Federer.

He's playing singles and doubles ( with Paes) - hardly any problem with his knee.

Re: Shanghai SF: (16)Jo-Wilfried Tsonga def. (8)Rafael Nadal 6-4 0-6 7-5

Terrible line calling and an absolute mug of an umpire... overruling when a serve was in, and sitting like a pudding when Tsonga's serve was right under his nose and was called out. Of course, Rafito...

Re: **************************Wimbledon 2015 Thread******************

Nice photo....but even more disappointed today than I was last night! So wanted Roger to win and play as he did against Murray...even though I am well aware that Djokovic is better than Murray.

Re: Dimitrov thinks he could have won Wimby 2014?

The article contained some strange views from Dimitrov. He talked about life after tennis( as if he is near the end of his career) when one would have thought he would be pretty much immersed in his...

Re: Nadal: 2013 is unrepeatable. I am 2 years older and my body can't do it again''

Nadal has so much to say at the moment. His school, his stem cell treatment, comments on DC coach, his dream to have children, the clay court comments about Roger and Novak... is he worried he has...

Re: Nadal to get stem cell treatment for his back

I started this thread. How come the title has been changed in a couple of posts above? That is not what I wrote.

Re: Nadal to get stem cell treatment for his back

How do they know the long term side effects when it has not been around that long? No one mentioned Federer and I was not discrediting Nadal. This is newsworthy as the stem cell treatment has been...

Re: Nadal to get stem cell treatment for his back

I am not a doctor. However, (you could do your own research), but from what I understand stem cell treatment is still largely experimental and the long term side effects are unproven and unknown....

Nadal to get stem cell treatment for his back

Ben Rothenberg tweeted this link...http://tenis.as.com/tenis/2014/11/09/mas_tenis/1415541482_782974.html

Knees, back, wrist....unsure why Nadal is the only one to use these questionable treatments...

Re: Will Rafael Nadal be match fit enough to play/win the 2015 Australian Open?

I have a feeling he will do as he did in 2013... and will start on clay. It appears he is going to get stem cell treatment for his back - Toni Nadal to dpadeportes...

Re: Serbian press reporting Novak's baby boy born today :)

Paris starts next week... 27 Oct. At best, Novak has a week as he gets a Bye into the 2nd round. I think he will miss Paris but will definitely play London.

Re: Which one should be the primary goal for Federer right now? YE #1 or Davis Cup ti

Only Federer can say which one he wants more. The problem with DC, is that it is not completely under his control. Stan is also playing. Without a doubt, if Switzerland were not in the DC final,...

Re: WWW US Open 2014 Final: Marin Cilic vs Kei Nishikori

Hopefully Kei. Rather unfortunate if a player who has served a ban wins a major.

Re: Luke Jensen "Mens grand slam matches must become best of 3 sets"

Luke Jensen says a lot of stupid stuff... "hammering" a steak sandwich.... and his constant overuse of "sharknado" as an adjective. Not to mention the fact that he never shuts up.

Re: US Open R4: [20] Monfils routines [7] Dimitrov 7-5 7-6(6) 7-5

The comments regarding Monfils' cheating/trolling/clowning... I missed most of the match. What was he doing?

I think Roger won the toss but chose an end, this is what husband said so not 100% sure. But I thought it was odd, he always chooses to serve first...
