The Artur Chernov thread!

I was suprised when found Artur hasn't his own thread on this forum so I decided to open it :p

Last year he won 2 junior tournaments and was the runner-up of junior Roland Garros in doubles.

For the second time Artur took part in the team trainings for DC, first during the 2006 final Russia-Argentina, and now against France. He looked very solid while practising with Marat although his ranking isn't so great. He is out of top 1000 at the moment, but I hope this will be improved as soon as possible ;)

I guess many of you saw him on the bench of Russian team rooting for his team mates

Some of my pictures made during doubles match
Igor Andreev was at court, Misha too tired after match against Gasquet, so Artur had to wind up the crowd by himself :)

Re: Artur Chernov

On the second thought I guess it wasn't that surprising... After all he was training on clay with Russian DC team and the tournament was on hard. And I do believe Sunday took much effort too...
