A few questions to the moderators/Admins
 

Im a Temporary Moderator in my work place, bc i work in a bank we have a closed forum just the bankers and my boss is the Moderator but bc he doesnt have time at the moment he Volunteered me to replace him for a Temporary time.

anyway i was wondring, is it hard for u to ban ppl like its hard for me? what do u do (if u do) when u need to ban who are ur friends or send not so nice pm to ppl over and over? why ppl dont listen to a few simple rules, dont post nude pictures?

just wonder about it thats all.

Yes, it's hard - I don't think any of us like doing it except for real menaces.

Dealing with issues surrounding friends is a pain - there's a group of us so we do try and delegate those ones to someone else where possible, but it's not always easy.
