Jurgen will start the new tennis year in Brisbane. In singles he plays a qualifier in the first round.
In doubles he will partner with Milos Raonic. In the first round they meet Klizan/Lipsky.

It will be interesting to see how Marriage affects his tennis. I am crossing my fingers that Jurgen has an injury free year.

I am happy that Jurgen and Roanic started off well by winning the first round versus Klizan/Lipsky 6-4, 6-4. They meet the tops seeds in the second round.

In singles Jurgen will play qualifier Kudia (USA).

Kudla is very beatable. Melzer/Raonic have to be one of the favorites in doubles

Jurgen did pull out a win over Kudia, but it was close.

Now he will play Dimitrov in the quarter-finals. It will be a tough match that Jurgen should win.

Dimitrov won his next match and now will play Andy Murray. When I see how he does in his match against Andy, I will have a better understanding of Jurgen's lost to Dimitrov.
Jurgen will start out at the Heniken Open against a qualifier. He is trying to get into the double playing with his coach, Alexander Waske. I don't know if they will get in.

Jurgen was defeated by the Qualifier Greg Jones (AUT) 6-7, 2-6
For some reason Jurgen has difficulty playing Qualifiers. They do have three matches on the surface under their belts so lack of practice on the courts could be a problem for Jurgen. I hope he plays someonoee known to us at the Open. He will be seeded around #27 at the AO.
He is in the doubles at Aukerland with Becker.

Jurgen won his first match at the AO easily 6-1, 6-1, 6-2 over Kukushkin. Today he will play Bautista Agut (ESP) in the second round.
If anyone finds pictures from his matches please post on the pictures thread.

Melzer beats Bautista in 5! Will for sure get a TV court next

I figured since he plays Berdych in the third round it should be on TV.

Today he plays with O. Rochus against Peya/Soaers. At least onoe Austrian will win :-)
