Yes, I'm personally doing this for the managers - so that they know for sure (or in the closest possible way) if I'm eligible or not.

I said yes because most of the time players don't know until late that they might be able to get the SE.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is? Is it people who recommit to another tournament after they find out that they are elighible for SE?
