Re: Week 19 : Prague (Entry List)
Nice photo chosen, Mr. moderator from Iceland. You probably know it, the Stvanice island in the middle of the picture with the venue's center court CEZ Koloseum very small but visible on the island. I hope I will have time to watch a couple of days of (sadly) the biggest tournament in CZE.

Re: Week 19 : Prague (Entry List)
Well, I meant the biggest Czech tournament with mens challenger and ladies ITF, but there is no womens tourn this year. So Prostejov CH is the biggest. Hope to see good matches in Prague in few weeks time.

Re: Week 19 : Prague (Entry List)
Wild cards:
Haas Tommy GER 134 Veselý Jiří CZE 477 "Haas said of himself a wild card that we gave him. It was not our initiative, but certainly welcome him into the tournament," said tournament director Vladislav Šavrda. One wild card have organizers prepared for Tommy Robredo, a former fifth in the world, but is likely to Prague finally arrives. "If my message is not yet fit after injury, and ninety percent he not be in Prague," said Šavrda I think one WC will be for home player Ivo Minář (last year SF) and chance for last WC have next home player Jan Hernych. |

Re: Week 19 : Prague (Entry List)
What a fucking joke this draw is. The top half is so weak compared to the bottom half.

Re: Week 19 : Prague (Entry List)
Kind of feel bad for grigor. No doubt came in here for some confidence and points and he could very easily go down in the first round. He got a really tough draw with hajek, goffin, russel and bedene in his draw

Re: Week 19 : Prague (Entry List)
Too bad Jan couldn't be in the top half. It would be an easy final. I'm gonna say Ilhan or Kamke make the final from the top half.
Jan can make the finals if he wins his section, which is easier said than done. He should beat Dimi, but Bedene/Russell can cause him problems, and then potentially Rosol in the QF. I hope AHM or Goffin beats Rosol. |
