When did this become "The Brit Pack"? I'm sure it was called something else before. "Brit" is a loathsome innovation. The terms are Briton or Britisher. All similar contracted names for nationalities - Jap, Yank, Frog, Kraut, Eytie, Chink and so on - are now frowned upon as racist, or at least derogatory. Now I don't personally have a problem with any of these terms, but if the Zeitgeist is that such terms are not acceptable in general, singling out us as the only country for which they are acceptable is inverted racism. We deserve to be treated with the same courtesy as everyone else.

I'm agree, "the brit pack" is a weird name, it reminds me the "brat pack" :

Being called a Brit doesn't bother me in the least - I've been called a lot worse!
