Germany just won the tie actually. Anderson is injured and now De Voest and Van der Merwe play singles against Mayer and Kohlschreiber :D
The doubles might go to SA but the singles will all be easy wins for the Germans.

Where did you get it from that he's injured? Is it bad?

He needs a toe surgery I read on DTB-tennis.de and I think in the "injury thread", too. So I would consider it as a bad injury.

Germany should win this 3-2 or 4-1. Even without Anderson S.A. is pretty dangerous, but Germany simply should be too much for them on clay.

Where do you see the 2nd win for SA? In an alive or dead rubber with Kas playing?
I say 4-1 for Germany, maybe losing a set in the singles but they´ll lose the doubles I think. Moodie is in very good form.

I can see the final rubber going to S.A., dead rubber.

I'll predict a 4-1 win for Germany. South Africa should extend the tie into Sunday, but Kohlschreiber to wrap it up in the 4th rubber.

I fancy Beck to play the dead rubber, and, considering that he is still struggling for form and results, I think he'll be quite keen to win it. Van der Merwe will be tough though, so he'll have to play reasonably well.

Interesting tie. Izak plays serve-and-volley all the time and Florian, well he plays like Florian, so should be fun to watch.

De Voest did very well against David in NYC, let's see what he can produce here.

NID - Germany are simply too much for RSA on clay
