He hasn´t won a match so far this year and is injured now (or was?) and he should play DC :)

I think France will play with the same team as against Germany (Tsonga, Monfils, Benneteau, Llodra) and I think Almagro will play instead of Ferrero because Almagro is better on HC than Ferrero.

Spain will probably play with Nadal and Verdasco as singles players, Robredo or Verdasco and F. Lopez for doubles ;)

Substitutes: Almagro and Ferrer, maybe Granollers for doubles

I don't see Ferrero playing on Indoor. I would bet for Nadal-Verdasco for singles, Verdasco/F.Lopez on doubles and Ferrer as 4th option.

As for France, the same as against Germany would be the logical. Gasquet is the 5th option.

The ITF has announced the team nominations for the 2010 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group quarterfinals and zonal ties to be played on 9-11 July.
