Most efficient is Borg.
I don't even need to do the calculating to tell you that. |
Re: All-time Open Era Grand Slam wins
Code:
Borg 5.222 wins/Grand SlamFederer now, as of USO 2009 is up to 4.476 over 42 slams. |

Bump!

Re: All-time Open Era Grand Slam wins
Can you go way down to Nadal (99 and hopefully 100 in some 11 hours time)?
|
Re: All-time Open Era Grand Slam wins
He's still behind Hewitt (126) and behind Roddick (106).
Those are the only other actives who are close. Safin only had 95. Hewitt needs another 12 more to pass Borg. |

Table corrected. Nadal, Kafelnikov and Nastase are all off the list while tennis Legendas Ferreira, Martin and Smith added. Roddick now just 10 behind Chang for the 'One shot wonder' award.
To put it this way, 120 is the equivalent of 24 semifinals. |

Re: All-time Open Era Grand Slam wins
Where do you guys think Federer will end up on this list? My bet is he'll surpass Connors either at Wimbledon or the US Open next year.
|
Re: All-time Open Era Grand Slam wins
If Federer wins every GS match he will surpass:
Sampras (203)in Wimbledon this year Lendl (222) in Australian Open 2011 Agassi (224) in French Open 2011 and Connors (233) in US Open 2011 Records still coming :) |
