How does exactly ATP Doubles Race work?

Do you count just 14 best results of the year, no matter if it is GS or MS or International Series? Are the points in doubles the same as those in singles?
So how does this exactly looks like:

Lyon
R1: 00
QF: 11
SF: 20
F : 31
W : 45

Is it correct?
