Callous on palms hurting, how to solve?
I have some callouses on my right hand that gives me pain after a couple of sets. How do I fix this problem? Is it because I didn't use a good overwrap or overgrip or what?
I am using the Wilson prostaff Surge 5.1 if that info is of any use. Thanks. |

Bathe your hand in pickle juice for half an hour.
Sorry for the late reply. |

you can try to ask for something in a pharmacy and stop playing for a few weeks or a month. let it heal and meanwhile you can go jogging to train your cardio.

Seriously, I have the same thing. I use plaster tapes to cover the callous and minimize the pain.

Get some white sportstape for the time being and get yourself some good overgrips.

Remember that the more moisture-absorbing is the overgrip, the more callous your hand will get. When I changed to the Tournagrip (can't live without it), my hands suffered a bit.
