He's in not in good shape for a while and has a lot of injuries..(Just retired from a challenger qualies because of injury..)so Harel will probably play this tie

Eyal Ran (Capitan) said that for now Harel will play.
(He can change his decision but the odds are small consioder Noam's shape and Harel's shape.)
