I think if federer is playing his A game, he troubles djokovic the most. It is silly to believe that professional athletes are "afraid" of other athletes (with the exception of the federer/nadal rivalry. Federer is absolutely intimidated of nadal).
Djokovic seems to play very comfortably against nadal (atleast in recent years). Murray is probably the easiest for him to beat.
I still an on-fire federer is a 60-40 or 70-30 advantage fed.
Murray on hard without a doubt, their last 3 matches on the surface have seen maximum sets, a victory for Mugray in the bo5 final, match points in another etc etc.
On grass Federer seems best suited although Noles level is season was low and indorer showed up, Murray and Nadal should be too strong for him also as seen by the Olympic semi although Nadal's walkabout at the 2011 final was one of the strangest things that year, I believe it was probably just a one off.
Murray is hardest for Djokovic to shoot trough him, but he learned the lesson and now he attacks weaker balls on the net. Thats why he beat him both in Shanghai and WTF.
Nadal is great. He is the single most phenomenal act who blends modern tennis with 90's tennis by losing early in Slams like in 2r, 4r like Sampras and Agassi and also exhibits consistency like other big 2 in this era pink and Novak. Nadal has got it all.
Now who the hell is Rosol? A random tool used by Nadal to spice up the news magazines and spark off interest in Tennis for another 2 years breaking the monotony.

Certainly Djokovic would be happy to avoid Isner at any time.Regardless in how good of a form Djokovic is,in this kind of match he needs luck on his side (TB lottery).
His fear of Roger is very much there. He'll continue to be challenged by him on faster surfaces. Novak's game is primarily a hard court game. Even Wimbly was won from the baseline.
