Almagro is always so negative and it's just frustrating to watch him play. Awful attitude all in all even in the mix of good play.
Good composure from Tsonga today in the TB and after getting broken back. The pearl earrings though are ... soon we'll start calling him the Boy With the Pearl Earring.
Mugro really doesn't know how to think clearly on big points. The only BP he converted was a lucky net-cord during one of Tsonga's bluff approaches to the net.
Willy did such a good job to keep holding and hanging in at the start when he was under constant pressure on his serve.
more than his mentality, almagro's failures have got to do with his inconsistency.......he plays well only in patches.......i never saw him play well for an extended period of play.......
i don't think his forehand is that good either.......when your forehand is not your best shot, chances are that you will struggle against top players.......
I didn't see this match but it says alot that Tsonga had a 48% first serve percentage but won 71% of his first serve points. Almagro first-served at 65% and ended up with the same 71% points won. So Tsonga must have been tremendous during the rallies, no?
Wow Nico, losing vs Tsonga on clay must be a real low for you if you're unable to beat him on clay how do you expect to grab any top 10 victory on clay this year??
Oh well I guess it doesn't bother him too much so
