Fernando Gonzalez has resumed hitting and currently plans to make his return from hip surgery in Belgrade at the end of April. The Chilean and his new coach, Horacio Matta, will begin training in the United States during March.

Well it'll surely be the only one that has a player from top 3. Also it'll have at least 5 top 30 players, from which 3 are clay court specialists, not that bad for ATP 250, huh? :s
It wasn't the worst last year either. It had 5 top 30 players while Estoril had only 1. 6 vs. 2 from top 40. Munich had less top 10 and top 30 players than Belgrade last year too. Belgrade surely wasn't the worst tournament last year in this week.
