So, did anyone watch him against Muller?

I watched starting from the 2nd set, and Muller was playing like he was forced to be there  Basically it was a match, where you can take nothing from. This shot was very nice though:

Unfortunately, 2-22 is coming up tonight :sobbing: I just hope that Andy doesn't give up and makes it... umh... as close as possible. I was watching Federer-Harrison, and Roger was scarily good there.

Good luck, Andy! And fight! :armed:

Just turned the match on to watch him win the first tie break. The two points I saw were great. Lol

um,.......... andy just hit four forehand winners in one game. i....... have no words.........

What is happening out there? Suddenly, after saving all those break points he is hitting the ball like a mad man  I love this, keep it up, Andy!

We'll just pretend like that 2nd set didn't happen!!

Is he like 12 now?!?!? :p

Andy :worship: Thank you for this fantastic tennis evening! I am happy, and I can only imagine, how happy is he :sobbing:

Holy. Crap.

Oh my good lord. Somebody pinch me. I am so so happy for him. He needed that, we needed that. Just...wow. Aside from him winning another slam :)angel:) this was the top thing on my 'Andy must do before he retires..' list. So I will definitely feel more satisfied when he finally hangs up the racket. Awesome job A-Rod.

Deb, I found Andy's forehand it's was the 1-1 game in the 3rd set when Andy hit 4 forehand winners (3 over 90mph) to break. Wow, I haven't seen him hit forehands like that in forever, he was just going for it.

Well, congrats to us all. We suffered a lot recently and I think we deserved it. Andy deserved it as hell after all the injuries and stuff. I really hope he can stay healthy and build something from this. If not, at least he defeated Roger.
The only thing that bothers me is why he waits for the situation to become desperate to go for it. Against top guys, this kind of play is his only chance.

Did last night really just happen? He really couldn't have asked for a bigger win and he couldn't have needed something like this more. It's a win like this that could turn his career back around. He deserves this. We've experienced so much ugly these last 2 years and finally it's looking up.

Great match for me. Although I had my doubts when I watched him get blown away in that second set. The 3rd set was just like wow oh wow.
However having just watched the first set against Monaco I now thankfully need to deal with dinner................

Tonight's match vs Monaco... oh my  So ultra-passive and lackluster... I mean, this big win should have boosted him somehow, he needed to carry the momentum into today, to try to build upon this big win. And what is happening today? Terrible match

Seriously... this just doesn't make any sense at all. What was this performance tonight?

Ok, he exceeded my pre-tournament expectations here, well done to that, and it was a superb match yesterday. But what happened today? Only 2 aces, W/UE ratio was 10/40 (!). Ugh...
