I won't post the stats here because I'm sure if you're interested you'll go take a look but it just REALLY pisses me off when someone plays an awesome match but still loses  .

Alex lost his serve only once in that 2nd set and it was the only time he was down 0-40, he came back to 30-40 but DF to give Max the break  .

I'm so impressed with Alex's stats in the match. I just wish the result was switched or he had gone to another TB to get the 2nd set.

Still a great job to Alex!! :D

Katherine, those kinds of matches are great for Alex, he should be able to take a lot away from it, I would think.

GUILLE!!

come on Mardy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

more to the pt....... what the hell is a Weiner ??
According to Mardy's site he is a 27 yr old qualifier also from Florida. Mardy beat him the last time they played which was way back in a 2002 challenger

it's Arnaud serving at 2-4 in the second set, 40-0

Re: Re: Sunday OP

Go Raemon! He's winning 91% of the points on his first serve...

Re: Re: Re: Sunday OP

Interesting, Stosur out-aced Davenport by a ratio of 2-1... but also had 6 doubles, 46% first serves and won only three games.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Sunday OP

Is there a single point in that Calleri-Soderling match where the returner has got a racket to the ball? They're both hitting ace after ace at the moment...

barely it's 54 sluiter in 2nd

Re: Re: Sunday OP

I like Sluiter, but I've realised that if he wins Grosjean will avoid playing a fellow French nemesis for the second time in a row - Santoro is 8-2 against him, Clement is something like 5 or 6-2. Pity, it's always funny to watch them beat him at his own game.
