Jerzy beat Murray at a dead masters Murray has never won, where Murray had a match point and then tanked in the third set. Murray is prone to losing to people like Chardy, GGL, and Donald Young in the early rounds of Masters, especially when he has a big event coming up.
Rosol beat Nadal at Wimbledon, Former champion and defending finalist, and no one can argue Nadal was tanking the 5th set, after coming back from a deficit.
This. But the only thing I can say is that Janowicz is actually making a run whereas Rosol crapped out in the next round. But then again Paris is weak...
Rosol has no future. He's 27 years old. He's a low-rate ATP player/high-rate challenger player. And that's on natural surfaces. On HC, he's not ATP quality. Janowicz is on a completely different level.
Janowicz probably couldn't beat Rafa at his peak, but he's more likely to be a good player than Rosol.
