Svacko hasn't played in DC for Latvia since 2003, but since he seemed to be hanging around Ernests often I'll include him anyway

Latvian ATP players in the news
Deniss Pavlovs is the second seed in the Bosnia Herzegovina F2 in Sarajevo. He will face either Aleksander Slovic or Juan-Miguel Such-Perez in the second round of singles. He is also partnering Goran Tosic in the doubles. They are seeded third and defeated Robert Belak/Luka Belic in the first round.
Karlis Lejnieks is the third seed in the Heraklio F2 in Greece. The tournament is played on artificial grass. He defeated Germany's Soren Goritzka in the first round, and will face Paris Gemouchidis next.
there will be an exhibition event in Lielupe next weekend (July 23 & 24) called Larocca Open 2010. It is a tournament where doubles teams consist of professional player and non-professional according to novonews.lv, Andis Juška and Deniss Pavlovs will take part, as well as Max Mirnyi, Evgeny Kafelnikov and others  and even probably Marat Safin
matches start at 10 a.m., entrance is for free. :awww: I wish I'd be in Jurmala next week
Pfft! I wish I could make plans to go to Latvia that quickly. If I knew about it sooner I may have just went. That seems like something worth going to. I hate living in the US and not having enough friends that can afford to travel that far.
a lot of pictures from Estonia F1 futures doubles final here
meanwhile Andis, as well as some other Latvians, takes part in Estonia F2 event in Tallinn  hopefully our special correspondent will be back soon with some nice pictures :yippee:
Sorry  I just happened to be passing by with the result
