Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

If Murray wins the tittle he will be number 2 , Đokovic number 3 , Rafito number 4

If Murray loses tomorrow Đokvic number 2, Nadal 3 , Murray 4

If Murray reaches the final Đokovic is number 2 , Murray number 3 , Nadal 4

Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

Does anyone know what Nadal's projected ranking will be after the Australian Open? My guess is that he'll be ranked number four for the first time since - gosh, I can't remember.

Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

NADAL continues his inability to beat top5 players since Apr 2009.
He may drop out of the top 5 and by the time the French Open comes around, he may be forced to play Federer in the quarters because he'll be dropping out of the top 4.

yup, Nadull's current level doesn't cut it against TOP 5 players in the world, Murray will take him down in 3 or 4 sets

Re: Five Reasons why Nadal will not win AO 2010

These prediction threads. And this thread in particular Sod out. Delpo out. Ivo ousted by Clay King. True, Nadal's got some big tests coming up but given that he's playing without injury distractions and his personal problems seemingly in check, I think he'll end up outlasting his opponents, wearing them down, or simply adjusting his game when he's in trouble. The guy has an acute tennis brain and I have confidence in that brain and in his drive to win. As this is a prediction thread, if he loses, he'll go down fighting. And that is admirable.

I was absolutely right when I predicted DelPo won't even reach SF in AO. That prediction came even before Kooyong. You can check AO 2010 discussions thread.

That match was just bizarre though, wasn't there 50 MPH gusts?

On a hardcourt, both should be evenly matched.

Not realistic if you think Karlovic can win, unlikely to win a set...

That said, Murray needs to get past Isner before he even gets a shot at Rafa.
