the bookies, which are refunding/voiding in a match with a retirement are few. Bet365 for example. Every other bookies are settling after a specific period of time: most of them on BALL Served (one point), few on First set completed, and Pinnacle on 2 sets completed. But nowhere exists a rule, which was the case here.

BTW, all of that shit in the original post is outdated. There is no vbetting leaderboard and you get $200 when making a new account, not $50. vbookies should stop being lazy and write something new.

I have been wondering this for a long time but only now decided to complain.

People made vbets on this match in reliance on what was written by the vbookie, so if you want to use a different policy in the future it shouldn't be applied retroactively.
