Glab, you could do a race thread, like the one in GM for singles. It takes much less time to do than the entry ranking but is interesting for a lot of people to follow the race. I'm happy to help you (or Jelena) if you guys want or don't always have the time to update. but I think both would be good threads for the doubles forum.

It is on the ATP web site. But its easier and would attract more people to your site (Which is your job, not mine) to have the rankings updated weekly. Why do they do this in the singles thread, but not the doubles thread. You answer that big guy .

It's the same as singles. if a tourney is worth 175 points for the singles winner, it's worth the same for the doubles, etc.

and what about the Ranking points? How many points does a player/double team get for reaching a particular round? That is what I need to do the updating of the thread...

Double's rankings are available from ATP's site (also see attachment).

There would be no problem with a similar ranking thread as the one in GM.
