Yeah, my serbian friends always say that - there are a million variations on the impolite.slangy way of saying things but its really hard to find polite ways to say words.



As for the Djokovic pronounciations. Its a mystery... I wouldn't be suprised if Novak knew how to say his name properly.

Confusion abounds! To prove this, I almost wrote :confusion: instead of : rolls : Now that would be a funny smiley.

Anyway, I think an audio file would be the best thing. Does anyone know of an audio file or video clip of someone saying it the right way?

now I'm confused.

I said o in serbian is pronounced longer that in 'pot' but shorter than in 'more' for example.

something like in spanish (if you speak it)
Anyway!! let's make an audio file! explaining pronounciation this way is way to hard.
