Re: Thursday OOP and Scores

Come on !!! Hewitt is better player than henman though and through...he's still young and 2 slams under his belt doesnt that kinda tell u something??????

Anyone else and I woudl say sure....but hewitt exposes henman so well and makes him look ordinary, he knows what hes up against and simply cuts off the lifeline of volleys and oppurtunites and as socket said hewitt likes a target and the passing conistency is right up there, henman keeps coming, no probs I will just keep passing you its my game.

Re: Thursday OOP and Scores

well, granted henman's recrod against hewitt isn't stellar... in fact it's terrible, but i wouldn't say that hewitt will never lose to henman. all henman needs to do is play very well. that's pretty much all any player needs to do to beat another.
you can always blame it on things like injuries or fatigue, but at the end of the day it's the player that decides before the match even starts whether they're fit to play or not.

Re: Thursday OOP and Scores

Henman wont beat Hewitt unless its an exhibition and hes got mind on wedding etc

Tim isn't getting any younger so oppurtunities to play him are become more remote....however they meet in 50 years and see what can Tim can do on a domino table or carpet bowls, well they say life evens itself out.

do you think federer will have a year like this every year? well, if he can pull it off then he'll go down as one of the greatest ever, but i don't think he can.
it's easy for someone last summer to think that roddick would never lose on a hardcourt, but it's happened.

stop coming to conclusions because federer's having a good year
You're right, you just never know what's in a player's future. Look what's happened to Ferrero this year, pure disaster. It doesn't take much to derail a player's year.

Oh absoloutrly and hewitt is a big match time player, he knows henman will leak a few break point oppurtunities and he jumps on him when they come.
