Re: Montanes/Hidalgo def. Aspelin/Cermak 7-6, 1-6, [23-21] !

An example of contradictory infos:

- I was following a scoreboard and I saw 5 Mp's for Aspelin/Cermak but...

The official Estoril website writes:

"Montanes/Ramirez Hidalgo d [2] Aspelin/Cermak 76(2) 16 23-21 (Match TB) - Saved 6 M.P."
and in the other place -
"Montanes and Hidalgo saved eight match points in the Match Tie-break"

So, how many: 5, 6 or 8?

IMO they had saved 5 Mp's (1 M.P. on return - 9:10) and wasted 8 MP's before finally won on the 9th match point

A very good win, had plenty of opportunities to do it sooner though The champions TB probably took the same amount of time as the 6-1 second set!

They would kick Federer´s ass ig they would be in his half of the draw.
This is absolutely great. They are unbeatable. They even win when it is that close.

I thought of you Voo with this result, you'd be like an alcoholic with a free pass at a brewery with this score.

The singles players triumphed over the doubles specialists. Huge breaker, good to see.
