I guess we all had very high expectations coming of his win in Miami. But it's alright, it'd be better if he comes to RG with a bang! And i'm confident he will.

Hopefully he'll put in some major practicing and come back with a bang in Estoril. He didn't play very well this week at all, and I hope that the let down against Ferrer was just a result of having little preparation time.
i agree...
yes,Nole was supposed to beat Fedex and lose in the semis in the worst situation but at least this lose will make him work harder and take the title in Estoril!

Ajde Nole!Volim Te!

I want him to play doubles with Tursunov in Estoril! (it worked when I wished it for Barcelona last year )

I think it wasn't a bad loss per say. I only watched the last game but Ferrer was defending unbelievably well, retrieving a lot of Nole's good shots. What's disappointing is that he lost that lead in the first set.

I hope so!

And I was (sort of) happy starsports did not switch to the match after Roger won.

I never felt very positive about this tournament...especially after the draw.

There didn't seem to be much time for practice on clay, which is a disadvantage to the younger, less experienced players.

Now with a little more time to work, things should get better.
It's a long story that involves some personal beef....
