It's about a Belgian tv station. They always show Kim/Justine's finals and mention most of their results on the news. But they alaways 'forget' about our men. Someone sent them an e-mail to ask if they would show Oli/Kristof's match IF they would reach the final.
The answer was no, because they don't have the budget to show more tennis than they already do. They even only mentioned their results after they reached the semi's last week.

We were just complaining about that...

Beste dank,
een tennis-fan

As far as I know they are also planning to broadcast historical matches from Roland Garros & Wimbledon if there are rain delays.

Re: Week 17: Barcelona, Munich, Aix-en-Provence, Rome, Esslingen, Padova, Antalya

We can be happy with the results this week I think. Olivier, Steve and Kristof did really well I hope they can keep up the good results.
Too bad Belgian media fails to mention those good results! I really hate it how they most of the time completely ignore our men's results. They mention Kim/Justine reaching second rounds,... But semi's of the boys don't seem worth some images on tv... Really sad
Even on the grandslams, Kim/Justine first rounds are shown instead of the mens (even when they play on a good court). They should know Kim/Justine get pretty far most of the time, so we can have more chance to see them playing later in the event.
Sporza should have a daily tennisflash where they mention results of the Belgians with some images. It doesn't have to be a long program, just 20 minutes or something like that!
