What about 2014.
I think in BA there was a match around 3 hours in FQR
I don't usually take into account qualifying rounds, Challengers & Futures in my stats - those matches aren't include to the official records.

It seems first match beetween Sri Lanka and Philipinnes can be more than 4 hours, but can't find anywhere time, also Devvarman vs. Chen can be more than 4 hours.

2004
4 hours, ? min. Max Mirnyi - Marat Safin 7-6, 7-6, 1-6, 4-6, 11-9 (Davis Cup)

4 hours, 3 min. - http://klashkevich.com/davis-cup-belarus-vs-russia/
4 hours, 15 min. - http://web.archive.org/web/200404020...e.asp?id=12805 & http://www.atpworldtour.com/News/DEU...ax-Mirnyi.aspx

I guess the latest is right...

I think there's a slight mistake in the second post

4 hours, 54 min. Andy Murray - Novak Djokovic 7-6, 7-5, 2-6, 3-6, 6-2 (US Open - 1st RD)

That's an interesting 1st Round.
