Fernando will have his own weekly "tv show" called "Más que Tenis"!!! :woohoo:

It will start on February 3rd.

This will be so interesting to watch! Can't wait!!

I created this thread so we can put the videos of the show and comment.

I'm not very good at uploading big files of videos but I'll try my best to put them here. (I hope I will be able to!)
If someone else can also upload some videos it would be great too.

Feña starts his career in television

"Más que Tenis" is called the weekly program that González will lead for TVN

Microphone in hand, the Bomber will show the tennis circuit from a different angle, like a great travelling binnacle.

Do you imagine Fernando González receiving massages in Central Park of New York, crossing the museum of Louvre of Paris or devouring a sandwich of pernil with palta in the santiaguina Piojera?
That is only an advance of which it sets out to show the national tennis player, who will make debut the three of February in the screens of TVN with his program “More than tennis”. In a cycle of thirteen chapters, published by the producing Rio *****, the Bomber of the Queen will summarize every Saturday his weekly activities in the professional circuit, but with emphasis in the flavorful back room of the tournaments, exploring the heart of the cities, interacting with its people, crossing typical attractions and savoring its gastronomy.
The journalists Nelson Flores and Karim Nur will be the ones in charge to successfully obtain the material of the player in their periplos by South America, the United States and Europe. “The idea was born of Fernando himself the last year when he commented to me that he wished to do something in the television but of familiar cut, that saw in other facets and speaking of other things. He tries that they see tour through his eyes, like a great travelling binnacle”, indicates Flowers on the novel project that undertakes Feña like conductor of its own space.
Each note will go with his story in off, a task that inhibited in the beggining to Gonzalez, used to answer questions, but not to being the one who takes the baton with the microphone. “He was very rigid when we recorded the pilot, surely cost to speak to him but with running of the minutes went loosen obtaining much espontaniety. We want that he is who tells to the viewer the experiences him of every week. That provides a proximity atmosphere to them and freshness to notes” says Nur.
Encounter with Andre Agassi and Roger Federer, strolls by the Times Square and Paris and his displacements by Santiago and Viña del Mar will be portrayed in the first deliveries of this singular diary of life. “The limits on what to count puts he himself. In aspects of his personal life he is the one in charge to place the filters and to say “we arrived until here”. Here we suggested the subjects, but certainly he has his own restlessness and thus we enrich better the guideline of the chapters”, adds Nur.

btw i didn't like too much the "Mas que Tenis" show.. is a VideoBlog showing the places he visits, but i didn't like Fernando doing the off-voice... is really... uhm... what's that word...
... is like... he is not making it with a natural voice, is really "square" and no natural at all..

I've watched it on the internet and I liked it a lot even if I haven't understood everything. As he said, the program is not only about tennis and it's great. At the beginning, he came back on the Australian Open, but then, we made a travel in Chile, in Viña, Valparaiso...

The quality on the internet was not great, but he bought something somewhere, the child was happy to see him for real :) What did he buy ? And, then, he visited a place, I thought it was a kind of museum but not sure.

If someone could post a summary, it would be nice

I hope he'll continue to do the same way, for a first time, it was pleasant to watch, unfortunately too fast :(

Yes, and for me who works in tourism, it was very interesting, I wanted a tv show like that. I didn't want an ATP Tour show bis.

Nice to see places like Valparaiso, La Serena.

I hope that someday, we'll see him fishing :)
