Re: Ask MTF Mods

I think the big problem was that vertical spoets didn't warn for this in advance.

I tried to log in (and even had MTF save log in) but my old password did not work. Thus it had been automatically changed but with no email from MTF, I would not know what it was. Thus I had to manually request a password change and to do so, the system needed to know where the email will go. As an account is registered with an email, the specific email used to register (or the listed one by the user, if updated manually) must be stated on the reset form.

So the main problem has been the auto change of password without info on what that change was, with extra confusion for those who didn't get an email, or whose current email is different to their original email (sometimes defunct!). The circumventing measure on our end has been to contact an admin via the appeal mod email inbox, or through another member of MTF to have the password reset link sent to an up-to-date email of the user's choice.

But I have to say, what a mess this password reset has been on VerticalSports in general by the looks of it. Took me over a day to get my account back. Just some feedback, I know you're trying.

We don't change 4% to 3,5% because we don't know how, and even if I knew how I doubt the system would let me.

that's the info i needed.

more interested in the system, and in the way MTF is running.

thanks for the research.

0.5% between 4% and 3.5%, not to mention 0.05% in the real world is a huge difference.

now a suggestion, why not the indication of 4% will be replaced with correct, like max 3.5% for an example?

Anyway, you should have seen an increase in your credits since you made the above post

Re: Ask MTF Mods

hi mods,

i have 2 question.

re:
Quote:
Minimum savings of 500.00 Credits required for 4% interest every 30 days. Deposits require pending time of 0 days before interest accrues, or a 0% early withdrawal fee applies. Deposits may be moderated. Maximum savings of Unlimited Credits allowed. Transaction fee of 0% applies on all transfers.

Loans
Amount must be between 0 and 0 Credits, and may be moderated. Minimum payments of 10% need to be paid back every 30 days to avoid late fees. Interest on outstanding balances is 20%. You may set up automatic payment plans. Your credibility rating may impact your interest rates or spending abilities.
#1
it says the interest rate is 4%. while the interest payment to my Saving account have been followed a few months, it has never been 4%. for this month, it was 3%.

how is 4% calculated and what is the algorithm to make the 4% interest amount, i wonder.

#2
to use Loans, how and whom an MTFer should have contacts, plz?

thanks for assistance.

May be so, but some people took the bait already, intended or not. In any case, let's at least wait the tournament is finished.

Three more until 1 year ban. Or make that two if you don't stop spamming forum with the conspiracy theories asap.
