So you regards Navratilova's 18 singles slams as Czechoslovakian? If we make a list of how many slams won by each nation that is where you would place them?

Rusedski shares the record with Raonic. If Milos reaches 3 then the issue is moot.
I don't like nationality changes any more than you do, but it's hard to defend giving national records to people who long before decided they didn't want to play for that nation.

Then the record listing should be changed to "highest ranking for tennis players under their ATP nationality."

Rusedski shares the record with Raonic. If Milos reaches 3 then the issue is moot.

Lendl was Czech until 1992, when his best days were past him. Rusedski changed nationality in 1995 ahead of his career best ranking (1997).

It makes little difference, though, once Raonic' career high is updated to #4 as Rusedski was never ranked higher than #4.
