I clicked "Discard" -- hoping that's enough.
This happened twice to me on my smartphone. Downloaded the file automatically while browsing. I deleted the file, didn't run it or anything.

Something fishy going on here.

Long Bunrout quoted me, in my notifications they say the post is deleted, when I went to the thread, he indeed quoted me and the post is still there, so why did my notifications say the post has been deleted?

Well we don't generally reveal deleted threads (or sometimes, relocated threads). But in this instance, there was one thread regarding ATP ranking pts which you started, and was deleted. My assumption is that the moderator considered the case 'closed' (as your question had been answered) and deleted the thread, although the more standard protocol is for mods to close the thread, or relocate it to the SQT thread. If you wish I can move it to the SQT assuming that the thread content was satisfactory.
