yea, this.
GGL had his usual 2 or 3 moments of choking not taking advantage of a 4-3 40-0* in the second set and getting broken when serving for the match in the third. started off quite slowly and defensive than he was obviously the better player. Greul hit tons of DFs.

Re: Week 16 : Rome-1 (Entry List)

Greul down *1-4 in the final set and requests a medical time-out, but he really doesn't seem injured. He's getting a thigh massage, maybe for cramping Just a tactic to break GGL's rhythm IMO.

greul didnt tank to fischer either despite he was in the barcelona quallies.

pella didn't tank despite he was in quallies

garcia lopez is in the bucharest main draw btw for all you tank theory fans, so no, he doesn't have to lose today
In principle, of course, I agree with you. However, sometimes it's happened For instance, it's suspicious when players demonstrate very different efforts/attitude in two adjacent matches... Of course, it's difficult or impossible to establish in most cases, but sometimes player writes in Twitter/Facebook etc that he has airplane ticket in a pocket to play at the next event as Stakhovsky did after tanking (or playing with not 100% efforts if you wish) SF in Cherbourg... Though, even in such cases it may be only excuse for funs sometimes It's eternal topic
