The day before the exam.. Read the whole subject from one source then just before the exam, read the lecture notes that you wrote.. Some professors like to bring questions from their lectures only!

MCQ tests (and short questions): Focus on details, numbers, read every point.. FOCUSSSSS while studying especially the first time you study the subject.. Try to find exams of last years, sometimes professors like weird MCQs that aims to confuse you.. (edit: how to get last exams that professors hide; send me a pm if you want to know how)

Essay: How to study: Read the subject as a whole and highlight important points..
How to answer: Organize your answer! Write the main ideas first.. Then summarize each idea.. Draw diagrams, graphs, etc Be showy and expressive.. Prove that you know this subject well.. DONT PUT STRANGE INVALID INFORMATION!

What to do when yo don't want to study?? (not in the mood)

Take your books and study on the metro.. Take it back and forth several times from the first station to last one.. Take a radio with you..

Edit: Don't do this during rush hour they will kick you out and call you names cause your books is taking a space.. And if it is cold take a mini blanket..

Put pasta sauce in freezer.. How to do??? Slice many tomatoes and put salt on it, on a hot whatever slice onions and garlic and cook on olive oil, then put the sliced salted tomatoes and hot water on the onion and garlic.. cook for 10 minutes and then put the sauce in many plastic bags.. When you want to eat before exams, just heat the sauce and on pasta.. 5 minutes and yummy...

Re: Motivation for Tests/ Papers. For all Uni/College/Highschool students.

This is the best:

Go to every lecture, section and round, whatever.. Go to university each day.. Wake up at 4 or 5 AM and study.. Go to university.. Then sleep early and repeat.. You will always have free time when you return from uni but can't study cause you're tired, you can watch half a movie, read, surf the internet, eat, etc

If you try this I guarantee you success (if you went to university cause you had good marks not money).. If you try this but you still fail, study another subject..

Edit: be respectful to professors, look formal and tidy but not very attractive..

You won't learn much more at a better school, the material is about the same and may even use the same books.

It could help with a job though.

It's got a really high failure rate actually though it's easy to get into. But I can get an A in basically any writing-based class.

Astrro-physics, I would fail out in 2 days

Lopez Only my Thesis left in my business studies. I've done most of the analysis work but have only written like 30 pages... But then I'll finally have my Master's degree . Then I just have to decide whether to start working or finish my degree in engineering... Probably starting a thread about it a la JG would solve the problem
