Too bad he lost to this Mughdatis and waste a good chance to improve his ranking.

He was in virtually every slam SF or F. Despite what you want to believe, it was always pretty likely that Andy would win a slam one day.

Yes, this Slamray can be beaten, it can be done, but Raonic had to put every ounce of his heart and soul into it.... leaving him ripe for fellas like Baggy. He'll possibly never be the same again.
God willing Hopefully he sinks back with Tomic.

It doesn't really matter who he is playing, his matches are usually long and close. Very tough to win 7 matches in a row like that.
Well, Mugray won one, so anything is possible

They played on the court that was moved from Australia. Mugray's luck is out as Shanghai were forced to switch to a proper tennis court to lure the GOAT back to their tournament.

He's 21 years old and in spite of a lot of holes in his game, he's #14 in the world. Once he starts to fill in the holes he's going to make a lot of people eat their words.

I really can mug it up sometimes

Yes, he broke 2 times today. But in general, his matches at slams are long serve marathons until he gets tired and loses before the second week. He might win a masters event one day, but no slam.

Right now,he is in a similar spot like Isner.Regardless of the opponent he faces,he will have to play lots of close sets with TB`s and plenty of 4 or 5 setters from the first few rounds.
Yep, especially if they face someone with a good serve- the Isner Anderson match went the distance here too
