Re: Shanghai Draw - in post #1

Fed is not lucky any more. He probably came here hoping that Murray beats Djokovic in semi and Fed himself gets closer to Djokovic in race. Seeing defending champion on his side of the draw must be quite a disappointment.

Now he most likely starts indoor season in Europe with huge gap between him and Djoko in race ( could be more than 1700 or even more than 2100 ), which is virtually impossible to overtake.

Very possible, but Andy can not choke the way he did against Milos, if wants to win this. Considering Andy's record here though, and even with Federer's draw to the sf. Nole/Andy final most likely.

Hopefully he double bagels Wu and flips off the crowd.

OP made the thread too early because he misunderstood when the draw was going to be. Then when it came out I just posted it this thread rather than making a new one. Sorry if I got the format wrong.

federer getting his swiss ball toy as usual

the chinese arresting people for threatening federer, and he gets off with no consequences for the emotional abuse he's inflicted on wawrinka for years

Even if he was in Federer's draw, I'd seriously doubt his chances of going through Kei and Tsonga back to back, especially seen as Kei is a bad matchup for him. The draw really hasn't been kind to him, he has by far the toughest quarter among the top 4 seeds.
