Turning to a more serious note there were some good questions in there and some truth shared by Victor. The parents of kids who want to play tennis invest in their children. This happens in the case that those parents have money. There are no sponsors waiting in line to invest in kids. Perhaps when they make a name for themselves but that's just too late. A good example for this is Sorana Cirstea. Coming from a rich family he had a tennis court for herself where she could play as much as she wanted. Also she had coaches. Most of the parents are also coaches for their kids.
I have tremendous respect for Victor and what he achieved in tennis starting from basically nothing. Probably the highlight of his career was when he beat Nalbandian at RG and then played Fed in the quarters.
A true legend from my point of view taking into consideration the difficulties (no money) he had to face to become a good tennis player.
i agree with you, players from our part of europe are handicapped, same problems appear in the interviews of all players... this guy gadomski (who played so well against munoz in R1) said he doesnt have money to buy practise balls. wtf is that, i mean, how humiliating to a talented player????? the more big respect to victor

i asked him that question about small flat because in sopot in 2005 he told us he had a deal with a sponsor who invested in him so he could play tennis, but he later had to give it back, so even when he was reaching high rounds on ATP level, he still lived in a small flat

today more questions about the match, but also about his near future (i didnt ask any question today cos i peaked a bit earlier flirting with cervantes )

we'll add video later, also video of cervantes conference and match report, my team is off for ice cream now

Jerzy Jagger, please don't quit on this season now...It's not worth it when you can push your ranking higher...take a week off even two if you.need it, but play Kremlin Cup and some of the challengers worth more points in November, like Bratislava and Helsinki...C'mon, fight back Jerzy:-)
