If Janko serves well, he will win. If he lets Isner break him, then Isner in 2. Tipsy from set1 today = Isner wins. Tipsy from sets 2 and 3 today, proby Janko wins.
I think it is going to be close. As someone already mentioned, Tipsy would need to serve well. Janko is a much more intelligent player than Isner, btw,
Tipsy in 3. Isner will probably snatch a tiebreak.
