Well, he has three children, so i think he sometimes gets break from tennis. He was already father when he was 20.

This year he's playing freaking good tennis. Almost made it top 150. Now, he's up a set against Jack Sock in Savannah.

Too bad Dustov didn't sign up for Aussie Open qualifying. He played well in the fall - better than in the summer - would liked to have seen him carry the momentum through to qualifying for his first ever GS main draw. Oh, well... guess he's decided to have a bit of an off season. Uzbekistan has a first round Davis Cup bye, to boot - won't play till April or so.

Re: Farrukh Dustov

Got to the qualifying round and lost there in four sets. Judging from the scoreline, he ran out of gas. Here's to a solid summer season for Farrukh...

Farrukh Dustov

My only time watching pro circuit tennis in person was the Davis Cup tie between Uzbekistan and Japan last summer (2011) in Hyogo. Became a fan of Dustov's watching him take a set off Nishikori - Kei came back and won and Japan the tie.

Dustov one of the last to gain a spot in qualifying for Wimbledon. Would love to seem him play at his potential and get in to the main draw.
