Their matches are not fun to watch anymore cuz Federer kept stopping the rallies(hit to net mostly) when he has a free shot. Its like pointless in his opinion that Nadal will retrieve and he will need to hit the same shot again.
So you are saying he is a weak kitten? We knew that before

So the bigger lead Nadal can get over Federer, the more glory historically for Nadal. Every Fedal meeting is historical gold for Nadal.

How would I feel if I lost to a player 7 times in a row? The same way Djokovic felt when he lost to Nadal 5 times in a row. 5, 7, it makes no difference.

I think it would make a difference as to when the defeats occurred. Exhibitions? Not a big deal. Davis Cup? That's manageable. Quarter Finals? That's not too bad. Finals of majors and the surfaces where you're considered the king? That's gotta mean more.

no.
Edberg's 2-1 Majors Finals vs Becker rightfully takes some focus away from the 10-25 H2H. Winning on the big stage counts for a lot.

NID. fed will dominate indoor season and will be the favorite for AO 2013, not.

I guess there are other reasons he didn't want to play. Maybe he wasn't fully fit with back pain. He knew how to win from the first set and Rafa isn't playing differently for the rest of the match.

Its not like Rafa won the next 3 sets because he changed and hit alot of winners. Maybe Federer knew he will not be fully fit to win the final anyway, it happened in USopen too. His fitness is pathetic nowadays but can't blame him at 30.

Nadal has a WTA serve and a ATP challengers slice and he is no.2 in the world. It just shows the surfaces are so slow today.

Strategies are useless when Federer is not well conditioned, tanks the match and stop the rallies by hitting 63 unforced errors.

In the past he would have destroyed this Nadal who actually hits errors after winning the first set. Both of them deproved alot. In those days he actually don't have the luxury winning first set against Nadal.

The old Nadal only hits 10 unforced errors.
