Re: MTF Fitness

I haven't been doing any push ups lately.

Still, this morning I've done 80 normal push ups in a row, waited couple of minutes & than I've done
24 clapping push ups in row.

Me, old/fat guy, not even doing push ups regularly.Oh well, c'est la vie.

As Johnny's fitness coach why haven't I been told about this thread?

Lopez Should probably bump this so Groove's thread won't be derailed from his epic matches by fitness discussions. Besides, always enjoy reading Burrow's input on working out and fitness

I see the same people jogging around on the streets regularly, even when there is grass near. Concrete just fries the knees and shins.

Able to do at least 20 clapping push ups in a row now. It feels awesome when you can look at yourself and be happy

I used to hate jogging too! It took a friend of mine like 6 months to convince me to go jogging with him. And I only did so, because 6 months before I had lost a bet that implied me agreeing to go jog with him in case of my loss. Which happened.

Now I am starting to get kind of addicted!

Try it But you have to insist.
